What does Opti-Coat cost in Wisconsin?
Opti-Coat does not set one universal installation price. The final cost depends on paint condition, correction, package scope and the coating tier selected.

Published scope includes paint, the entire wheel and caliper, lights, trim and glass. Paint correction is listed separately.
Opti-Coat Pro+
Bayside describes Pro+ as a dual-layer system with increased hydrophobics, dirt release, gloss and durability compared with Pro.
Opti-Coat Pro3
Bayside lists wheels-off treatment, paint, trim, glass, lights and door jambs. Their page advertises lifetime coverage; Opti-Coat's current written terms require yearly maintenance for lifetime status.
The example is especially useful because the $1,750 Pro package publicly lists extensive exterior coverage rather than paint alone.
Bayside separately lists paint correction starting at $600 and says correction is encouraged but not required. Comparing its coating price directly with a quote that automatically includes major correction would therefore be misleading.
A $1,750 coating and a $3,000 coating may include very different work and ownership costs.
The Pro3 “lifetime” warranty has a recurring maintenance requirement.

Opti-Coat Pro3

Opti-Coat's current written terms say Pro3's Limited Lifetime Warranty requires yearly maintenance costing $350 through an approved installer.
If that yearly maintenance is waived, the warranty becomes ten years from the date of application.

The warranty also excludes damage from stone chips, scratches, abrasive wash media and tap or sprinkler water that is allowed to dry and create mineral spotting or etching.
SiC ceramic protection is still not paint protection film.
Opti-Coat markets improved scratch and mar resistance, but its own warranty excludes stone chips and scratches.
Standard Pro materials also reference 9H hardness, which should not be interpreted as scratch-proof paint.
If the primary goal is protection from physical impacts, compare ceramic coating with paint protection film before choosing a coating package based on hardness claims.

Searching for an Opti-Coat installer?
First determine which Opti-Coat product and warranty path you actually want.
Pro, Pro+ and Pro3 are professional products installed through authorized Opti-Coat installers, but the packages are not interchangeable.
Warranty registration also matters. Opti-Coat says customers should receive a confirmation email after the authorized installer registers the warranty.
