Before building Coatings by the Bay, I spent nearly 20 years working in valet and hospitality environments, including some of the finest establishments and the clients who expected the level of service that came with them.
Premium service is rarely about making a show of how premium it is.
It means being prepared. Respecting someone's time. Knowing how to behave around their property. Communicating clearly. Taking care of the vehicle entrusted to you. Doing the work cleanly. And leaving without creating another problem for the client to manage.
High-end vehicles are not unusual territory for me. Over the years I have worked around everything from Mercedes-Benz and Tesla to Lamborghini and Rezvani.

There is little value in protecting your time with every other part of your life, then giving up hours transporting a vehicle to and from a distant ceramic coating appointment.
If the work can be completed properly inside your own garage, the better experience is simple: I come to the vehicle, you continue with your day, and the service gets handled without becoming another obligation on your calendar.
Some clients simply want the best experience available.
So I built a package specifically for the North Shore.
It combines my 8-year ceramic coating, complete exterior protection, paint correction, eight years of scheduled concierge care and three additional Priority Exterior Visits to use when life happens.
This is intentionally different from my standard ceramic coating packages and is not offered throughout Wisconsin.
Exterior-focused from day one.
Interior protection is not bundled into the Premium Experience. If you want it, it can be added separately during the initial installation. All ongoing concierge care is exterior-only.
Long-term ceramic coating protection built around an eight-year ownership horizon.
Paint, wheels / rims, exterior plastics, trim and all exterior glass.
One correction step is included to significantly refine the finish and pursue a near-perfect result where the condition of the paint allows.

Every spring, I schedule dedicated North Shore service routes for vehicles enrolled in the Premium Experience.
Your annual visit is already included. There is no separate inspection charge and no separate mobile travel charge for the included appointment.

Use a visit before a special event, important occasion or whenever you simply want the exterior looking its best.
Planning to sell or trade the vehicle? Use one of your visits to professionally prepare the coated exterior beforehand.
Priority Exterior Visits are exterior-only and are scheduled based on availability. They are not same-day emergency service and do not include body repair, scratch repair or paint correction.
Add it once. Keep the concierge program exterior-only.
Interior protection can be added separately to the initial installation if desired. It is intentionally not bundled into North Shore Premium because the eight-year concierge program does not include ongoing interior cleaning or maintenance.
The future service is not free. It is built into the package.
I speak openly about ceramic coating pricing everywhere else on this site. A premium package should not suddenly require hidden numbers.
If every included service were purchased separately at today's pricing, the initial exterior package, eight annual mobile maintenance visits and three additional Priority Exterior Visits would total roughly $7,045.
North Shore Premium starts at $5,995, giving you a meaningful bundled savings while locking the enrolled vehicle into the complete eight-year care structure from the beginning.

Remove exterior dirt and road film.
Decontaminate
Remove iron and bonded contamination.
Correct
Refine the finish before long-term protection.

Remove polishing residue and remaining oils.
Coat + Inspect
Apply, level and inspect the ceramic coating.
Standard packages include a buffer-applied prep polish. North Shore Premium goes further by including a single-step paint correction before the 8-year coating is installed.
