This is a one-year pilot program offering up to four professional maintenance appointments, your required annual inspection included, and special introductory pricing.
Limited to eight vehicles total, not eight households or eight clients.
The same person who installed your coating can maintain it.
I've spent years focusing on ceramic coatings, not general detailing. This program gives a small group of existing customers a convenient way to have their coated vehicles maintained throughout 2027.
I'll wash the exterior properly, check the coating, apply a ceramic topper when needed, and take care of a few interior touch-ups that make a noticeable difference.

No vague packages or surprise add-ons for ordinary maintenance. Every visit follows the same straightforward service outline.
SiO₂ Hand Wash
Exterior hand washed with SiO₂-enhanced soap and carefully hand dried.
Coating Check
I inspect the ceramic coating's condition and let you know if anything needs attention.
Ceramic Topper
Coating-compatible maintenance topper applied as needed at every visit.
Wheels & Tires
Wheel faces cleaned and tire dressing applied for a finished appearance.
Exterior Glass
Outside windows and mirrors cleaned to finish the exterior.
Door Jambs
Accessible door jambs cleaned during every appointment.
Express Vacuum
Quick vacuum of readily accessible interior areas. Not a deep interior detail.
Floor Mat Cleaning
All-weather mats washed as appropriate. Carpet mats vacuumed and surface cleaned.
Interior Windshield
Inside windshield cleaned to help reduce haze and improve visibility.
Spring decontamination is included at no additional charge.
At your spring visit, I'll use an appropriate chemical decontamination treatment to help address winter road buildup and bonded contamination when needed. This does not include paint correction or removal of existing etching or damage.
Your annual coating inspection is covered.
One qualifying maintenance appointment fulfills your required annual ceramic coating inspection, provided it takes place within your vehicle's required inspection window. There is no separate annual inspection charge for that visit. This optional program does not change the terms or pricing of your original coating agreement.

Studio appointments are the standard option. When you enroll two eligible vehicles from the same household, complimentary mobile maintenance is automatically included, provided both vehicles are serviced together at the same location on the same day, within approximately 100 miles round trip of my Appleton studio.
- Both vehicles must have been ceramic coated by Coatings by the Bay.
- Both vehicles must each have their own paid membership. That uses two of the eight available vehicle spots.
- Both vehicles must be available at the same location, on the same day, for every mobile visit.
- Mobile appointments depend on available scheduling and suitable working conditions.
Only one vehicle? Mobile is still an option.
For a single enrolled vehicle, mobile maintenance is available for an additional $50 per appointment within approximately 100 miles round trip of my Appleton studio. Mention the mobile visits you'd like when enrolling, and I'll include those fees on your initial invoice so they're paid upfront. All mobile appointments are subject to availability and suitable working conditions.

Only eight vehicles
I'm testing this program with a maximum of eight vehicles in 2027. A household with two enrolled vehicles uses two spots.
Up to four appointments
Your prepaid membership is for one specific vehicle and allows up to four qualifying maintenance appointments during the 2027 calendar year.
No rollover into 2028
All unused appointments expire on December 31, 2027. They do not carry into the next year. There is no automatic renewal.

Once enrolled, text me to schedule appointments whenever you'd like throughout 2027, subject to availability. Booking ahead is recommended.
Existing coated vehicles only
This is exclusively for vehicles ceramic coated by Coatings by the Bay. It isn't a general public washing or detailing service.
Maintenance, not restoration
This is a routine maintenance service. I do not offer deep interior detailing, pet-hair removal, stain removal, steam cleaning or carpet extraction. I do not keep the specialized tools for those services. Paint correction and restoration work are not included in this program.
Maintenance Club FAQ
A few details I'd want to know before paying for a program like this myself.
Why limit the program to only eight vehicles?
Not to create fear of missing out. I'm simply testing whether recurring maintenance makes sense for my business and my clients. Ceramic coating installations are still my priority, and I don't want this program to interfere with that work. Eight vehicles is a manageable starting point. After 2027, I'll decide whether to offer it again.
Does this satisfy my required annual coating inspection?
Yes. One qualifying visit will count as your required annual inspection if it's completed within your vehicle's required inspection window. You won't pay a separate inspection fee for that visit. Enrolling doesn't restore coverage that has already lapsed or change your original coating terms.
What happens if I don't use all four appointments?
You can use one, two, three or four appointments. You're buying access to up to four visits, not being required to schedule all four. Any unused appointments expire on December 31, 2027. There is no rollover and no automatic renewal.
What if my original annual inspection rate is $150?
Your original annual inspection rate and agreement are not changing. This Maintenance Club is a different, optional service that includes extras not normally part of an inspection, such as an express interior vacuum, floor mat cleaning and interior windshield cleaning. You can still book your regular $150 annual inspection instead. If you enroll in the Club, one qualifying maintenance appointment will also satisfy your required annual inspection, provided it takes place within your inspection window.
Can I book all four visits whenever I want?
Once your account is credited, schedule appointments as you wish throughout 2027, subject to availability. Ceramic coating installations remain my main focus, so specific dates and times cannot be guaranteed. I recommend spreading visits throughout the year rather than waiting until December.
What if only one of our two vehicles is available for mobile service?
Complimentary mobile maintenance requires both enrolled vehicles at the same location on the same day. If only one is available, we can reschedule the paired visit, bring that vehicle to my studio, or arrange a single-vehicle mobile appointment for an additional $50 for that visit, paid in advance. The approximate 100-mile round-trip limit, availability and suitable working conditions still apply.
Can I request mobile maintenance with just one enrolled vehicle?
Yes. Mention your request when you text me to enroll. I'll add $50 per requested mobile appointment to your initial invoice so that the mobile fee is paid upfront. This covers visits within approximately 100 miles round trip of my Appleton studio, subject to scheduling availability and suitable working conditions.
Does the program include a full interior detail?
No. The express vacuum, floor mat cleaning and interior windshield cleaning are quick upkeep services, not a full interior detail. I don't offer pet-hair removal, stain removal, steam cleaning, intensive salt removal or carpet extraction, even as paid add-ons. I don't keep the equipment for those services, such as a Tornador, steamer or extractor.
What happens after the 2027 pilot?
There is no automatic renewal. I'll review the time involved, client experience and how well the program fits alongside coating installations. If I offer it again in 2028, the service details and pricing may change.
